1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.
2. Refund Criteria
You are eligible for a refund if:
The product delivered is damaged or wrong.
The return is approved after proper verification.
Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the product.
Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.
